Popular Japanese food in Ho Chi Minh City

#2023 Travel Wish Pujiangting is a restaurant that has become popular online recently, with branches in District 7. I came here because of its reputation. There were already people lining up at noon. I waited for about 25 minutes before finally getting a seat. When I entered the restaurant, it was full of diners. It is indeed very popular. The restaurant has begun to decorate for Christmas and it is very lively; the seats are large booths; there is a large sense of space, and there are single seats by the window with a view of the street outside. I ordered the leftover Angus beef set meal with miso soup, and also ordered soda with ice because it was hot. The beef is cooked to perfection, bringing out the flavor of Angus beef to its fullest. The rice is traditional Japanese rice with the right amount of softness and hardness. It can be seen that the ingredients are fresh; I heard that all operations and management of the restaurant are supervised by the Japanese themselves.
