#afternoontea District 7 is located downstairs from Capri by Fraser and is beautifully decorated. The restaurant has a large sense of space and wooden furniture. Christmas decorations have also begun. I ordered calm chowder, it was quite tasty, not too creamy, and had a calm and fresh taste. Chicken Cesar salad, both the vegetables and the chicken are fresh, but the salad sauce is not enough.
