It has a young catering team and combines a simple and casual style with the taste of traditional dim sum. Facing the full sea view of the southern coast of Australia🌊, it feels doubly comfortable🍃. The restaurant's dim sum is made by its own experienced hotel chef 👨🏻‍🍳, who makes it at 6 am every morning, not by machines. The newly added side dishes 🥢 for the dinner are also prepared by the chef 👨🏻‍🍳 who has 5 years of experience in the former Wan Chai flagship store. Don’t miss them! Dim Sum Special 🔸Pot Stickers Shrimp Toast $68 🔸Signature Xiao Long Bao $48 🔸Crispy Oysters with Beijing Sauce $78 🔸Crispy Rice Noodle Roll with Fresh Shrimp $48 The shrimp toast has rich fillings, crispy but not greasy; the soup of the steamed dumplings is sweet and fresh and the skin is thin; the crispy rice sausage has crispy fillings and a full texture. The dim sum is exquisite and even more flavorful when paired with homemade chili oil. The crispy oysters were a bit soggy. Dinner Special 🔸Crab meat fried with milk $148 Crab meat, Jinhua ham, mushroom, fresh milk, egg white 🔸Fried Lemon Chicken $190 Signature boneless triple-yellow chicken, served with lemon butter sauce. 🔸Signature Fried Rice $120 Prawns, barbecued pork, bell peppers, curry powder, a variation of Singapore fried rice. For dinner, we had some Chinese side dishes, all of which were signature dishes.
