#HongKongTravel Chukfo Taipan Restaurant (Wan Chai) is a roast goose and roast pork restaurant that has been very popular in the past 2-3 years. The restaurant is clean, air-conditioned, and not very big. When I went, the restaurant was full of people. However, the staff were attentive and provided good service. They gave us a queue number and let us wait for about 15 minutes before we got a seat. If there are not many people, we have to sit together at a table. There were 2 of us, so we had to sit together with other Hong Kong people. However, we each ate separately, so it was not cramped at all. 🍜For the food, we ordered a set of roasted pork and roasted goose called D18 Roasted Goose w/ Four Treasures Rice. This dish has roasted pork, crispy pork, roasted goose, sausage, and salted egg, served with rice. However, we chose noodles in the soup instead of rice. We actually asked for more noodles in the soup, but the staff misunderstood and changed it to noodles instead of rice. It tasted delicious. I don't know what kind of noodles it is. I showed you the picture because most of the menu is in Chinese. However, the staff also showed us an English menu. However, it did not have all of the menu items in the restaurant. It was okay because we intended to eat roasted pork, crispy pork, and roasted goose anyway. The taste of the food was delicious and a little salty. The roast pork and crispy pork are very juicy. The goose is also okay. The amount is quite large. It is just enough for 2 people to be full. You can save your stomach for eating at other restaurants. Directions Ⓜ️ Take the MTR to Wan Chai Station (Blue Line) Exit A3. Exit the station and open the map. You can walk there. It is about 400 meters away. 🚌But for us, we took the City Bus from the Transformer Building. We took the 722 bus and got off at the Old Wan Chai Police, Gloucester Road stop.
