Blacksheep Group has several famous restaurants. This time we went to "La Vache!" which has many branches. 》 The intention is to pay tribute to the traditional steakhouses in Paris. Provide a simple menu with steak and fries as the theme 😍 ‣ Salad The salad is fresh and the sauce is sweet and sour and quite appetizing. There are 3 layers in total, just right for 3 people to share The top layer is 4 hazelnuts The cream is also hazelnut flavored. It is smoother and has a more prominent taste. I feel the amount of cream is too little, more would be more satisfying Unfortunately, Napoleon's crust is just ordinary. It tastes average in terms of crispness and butter aroma. Not recommended to eat~ 💯 The restaurant is decorated in a French bistro theme The steak and salad are also excellent. Desserts are pretty ordinary On weekdays, the place is almost full when I come at 6:30 pm However, the restaurant has a 90-minute time limit and the table must be handed over at 8 o'clock on time This price is suitable for this dining time.
