𓉯 Excellent Stone Grill Specialty Store in Kowloon City

𓈋 𓈋 𓈋 The old district of Kowloon City has been revitalized, with an increasing number of high-quality vegetarian restaurants of different types. Recently, I accidentally discovered a stone-grilled specialty store with a high cost-effectiveness! We ordered the "Sonjo no Appetizer Set for Two" ($598), which included salad, three appetizers, miso soup, three types of meat grilled on stone, rice and dessert. The food is very rich and varied! 𓈅Salad I thought it was the small bowl size commonly seen outside, but it turned out to be a large plate. Little surprise! 𓈅Appetizer (three dishes) There are king crab sticks, scallop skirts with spicy peppers, and fried Japanese milk rolls. I especially like the fried Japanese milk rolls, which are crispy, sweet, hot and spicy, and very delicious. 𓈅Sakura Shrimp Miso Soup The number of cherry shrimps is amazing! It adds a rich umami flavor to ordinary miso soup. 𓈅Japanese Saga Prefecture famous capybara pork plum meat The famous capybara is produced in the alpine pastures of Saga Prefecture, Kyushu. It is known as the wagyu of pork. It is sweet, fragrant and oily, and melts in your mouth. 𓈅USA's top quality Prime Beef Short Ribs The short ribs are firm, with a bit of fascia, rich in fat and a strong beef flavor. 𓈅Australian Wagyu Beef Fillet Fengmenliu is the diaphragm muscle of the cow. It has little fat but rich meat flavor and is very delicious. 𓈅Charcoal roasted coffee The most surprising location is here! After eating the barbecued meat and before the dessert was served, the store prepared charcoal-roasted coffee for us to clear our mouths of the greasy feeling of the meat, which was indeed a very thoughtful gesture. And the coffee isn’t too strong, instead it has a light caramelized aroma, which I really appreciate! 𓈅Matcha ice cream The dessert of the day is vanilla ice cream. Customers can use a tea whisk to brush out matcha and then pour it on the ice cream. They can adjust the strength of the matcha themselves and it also feels like a ritual. The entire set menu has a rich variety of dishes, and you can experience the store’s careful arrangement. The waiter was polite and the whole dining process was very satisfying.
