𓃾 High-quality Kappo in Central, famous Kagoshima Oda beef

𓈊 𓈊 𓈊 I have heard that the "Wagyu Kappo Oda" in Central is of very high quality. It happened to be my friend's birthday, so I made a reservation to try it. The restaurant specializes in Oda beef, a black-haired Wagyu beef produced by Oda Farm in Kagoshima. Due to the meticulous breeding methods and management environment, Oda beef melts in your mouth and has a strong beef flavor, but is less greasy than ordinary wagyu beef. We ordered the "Seasonal Omakase" ($1480/pp). 𓊙Consommé Espresso Soup The unseasoned beef soup does not require any additional salt or seasoning, it is already very fresh and sweet. 𓊙Seasonal Appetizers The three appetizers include charcoal-grilled okra with white miso, eggplant with meat miso, and cuttlefish sashimi with flying fish roe. I particularly like the cuttlefish sashimi, which has grapefruit juice and cucumber as a base. It is refreshing and brings out the freshness of the cuttlefish. 𓊙 Today's Selected Beef The rare part of the day is Top blade, which has a rich but not greasy texture and is even more delicious when paired with salt and sauce. 𓊙 Charcoal Grilled Seasonal Vegetables Asparagus, mushrooms and sweet potatoes from Kagoshima are all very fresh and are perfectly garnished with miso. 𓊙 Oda Wagyu Sukiyaki The beef used for Sukiyaki is rich in fat. The meat is very tender and smooth, and with the Japanese roe, it really melts in your mouth. 𓊙 Oda Wagyu Tartar Mini Rice Bowl The beef tartar is served with soy sauce pickled shrimp and sea urchin, the umami flavor explodes in your mouth! Applewood smoke is also used, which not only satisfies the visual enjoyment, but also enhances the taste of food through the sense of smell. 𓊙 Chopsticks Rest Refresher In the middle, there is a dish of pears cooked in red wine to refresh the taste buds, and the pears are decorated with wine jelly and orange peel to make it more refreshing and less greasy. 𓊙 Charcoal Grilled Hanbag Homemade Mido Soup Pallet Magano The charcoal-grilled burger is served with homemade meat sauce and Parmesan cheese. This dinner experience was perfect! Oda beef is indeed less greasy than regular wagyu beef, but it has a strong beef flavor.
