Tseung Kwan O Malaysian Cuisine

There are many restaurants in the new area of Tseung Kwan O, and every time I visit, there are always new places to try. I went to a Malaysian restaurant and ordered two lunch sets: Laksa and Hainanese Chicken Rice, which also came with drinks and dessert. First, the Singapore Laksa for $98. The broth was rich and flavorful, the shrimp were fresh, the rice noodles were smooth, and it also included half a soft-boiled egg, fish slices, tofu puffs, and bean sprouts. The spiciness was just right. The Hainanese Chicken Rice for $98 was also good. The chicken was firm, the skin was oily, and it was served with ginger paste and chili sauce, making the flavors very rich. The set also included a drink, and I chose lemon tea.
