For the hotpot, we chose the sukiyaki soup base🍲, enjoying both barbecue and hotpot at the same time🤪. The meal starts with a complimentary Satsuma Wagyu platter🐄, allowing you to sample different cuts before ordering your favorites😎. The platter includes Satsuma Wagyu rib, diced beef, shoulder, and more🥩. Just by looking at the color, you can tell how premium the meat is🤩. We grilled most of the cuts🔥, while the thinly sliced Satsuma Wagyu shoulder was perfect for sukiyaki🍲. The rich wagyu fat aroma and tender texture were absolutely delightful😋. You can place orders via QR code📱, and each type of meat comes in its original flavor or with options like sukiyaki sauce, Korean spicy sauce, and more😗. Besides the meats, there’s also seafood🦞, skewers, fried appetizers, main dishes🍚, and more. I personally recommend trying the dried pufferfish😋. There’s also a self-service area with cooked food🌮, hotpot ingredients🥬, drinks🍹, desserts🍰, and an ice cream counter.
