Hong Kong｜Guo Jin Xuan

This time, I visited the Tsim Sha Tsui branch and dined in a private room. The service was excellent. Here are the dishes I tried: 1. Roasted Whole Suckling Pig (The suckling pig was not too fatty and had a crispy texture.) 2. Stir-fried Scallops and Shrimp Balls with Sakura Shrimp and Asparagus (The scallops were fresh, the shrimp balls were bouncy, and the asparagus was sweet.) 3. Deep-fried Crab Claw Stuffed with Shrimp Paste (The crab claw was hot and springy—my favorite dish.) 4. Braised Bamboo Fungus and Ham with Twin Greens 5. Double-boiled Soup with Morel Mushrooms, Goji Berries, Fish Maw, and Sea Conch (The morel mushrooms were aromatic, and the sea conch was sweet. This soup was incredibly delicious.) 6. Braised Abalone with Goose Web and Vegetables in Oyster Sauce (The abalone slices were large, and the goose web was tender.) 7. Steamed East Star Grouper (The grouper was overcooked, so I found it average.) 8. Roasted Longgang Chicken with Osmanthus Sauce (Most people thought it was delicious, but I was too full to try it and saved room for other dishes 🤣.) 9. Fried Rice with Dried Scallops, Egg White, and Jade Vegetables (The fried rice had a perfect texture with distinct grains.) 10. Shrimp and Pork Wontons in Supreme Broth (The shrimp inside the wontons were very fresh and bouncy.) 11. Almond Tea with Egg White and Glutinous Rice Dumplings (The almond tea had a strong almond flavor and was excellently prepared.) 12. Osmanthus Jelly and Walnut Cookies (The walnut cookies were warm and incredibly tasty.)
