Real Experience at Cathay Pacific's The Wing First Class Lounge!

This week, I flew to Hong Kong and made a special trip to check out Cathay Pacific's The Wing First Class Lounge! I expected to be wowed, but the experience fell a bit short of my expectations 😅 Upon entering, the high ceilings and spacious design were impressive, and the "Rosewood Set" exuded luxury 🥂. However, upon closer inspection, I found it less appealing compared to The Pier Lounge. The food options were not very diverse—unlike The Pier's four distinct dining areas, The Wing felt somewhat limited. Additionally, the facilities were not as comprehensive, and the massage area I was looking forward to was completely absent 😭. The one major advantage, though, was the lack of crowds! The environment was so quiet that I could focus entirely on work—putting on headphones instantly transported me into "focus mode" 💻. While the service remained attentive, as a traveler who loves good food and relaxation, I still miss The Pier Lounge's dan dan noodles, Cathay Delight cocktail, and the blissful massage sessions. Next time, I'll definitely head straight to The Pier Lounge! For those who need a quiet space to work, The Wing is worth a visit, but if you're after great food and indulgence, The Pier Lounge is the ultimate choice!
