This means you can enjoy not only beef noodles but also authentic Taiwanese drinks 🧋 Garlic Soy Sauce A-Choy A classic Taiwanese dish topped with minced meat. The salty-sweet flavor pairs perfectly with the crisp texture of the A-Choy 🥬. Delicious! Salted Crispy Chicken Larger than expected! These are chicken pieces, not small chunks. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside 🐤. A pleasant surprise. Garlic Taiwanese Sausage Taiwanese sausage already has a garlicky aroma 🧄, but pairing it with garlic chunks takes it to the next level. It also comes with some pickled vegetables. Signature Braised Beef Shank Noodles The beef shank is well-marinated and tender 🐂, with three generous pieces. The broth is rich and flavorful without being overly salty. I chose handmade noodles, which are thicker and have a chewy texture. Chicken Stew Noodles This dish comes with thin noodles that soak up the broth 🍜. The soup is lighter and clearer, and the chicken leg is tender and juicy. Very satisfying. For drinks, I picked the signature pearl milk tea and the Soft Q Classic Milk Tea 🧋. The Soft Q Classic Milk Tea includes pearls and grass jelly. There are also options like slushies, coffee, lattes, fruit blends, and creamy specialties.
