𓅪There is a new coffee shop in Tseung Kwan O Blue Coast. This coffee shop follows the style of French small coffee shops. The decoration of the whole shop is mainly wood color, which has the atmosphere of a European small shop. The main dishes here are pizza and crepe. 𓅪Their pizza dough is made from 00 flour from Italy and flour from France. Instead of doing it the traditional way, they leave the dough in a proofing room for two days. 𓅪The pan-fried scallop crepe and the salt caramel crepe are equally good. I prefer the sweet one, it’s simple but just what I want. The former crepe, salty crepe with mushrooms and cheese inside, 𓅪I especially like pumpkin risotto. Risotto with creamy pumpkin is delicious and healthy.
