Legend of Hua Hin's late-night rice soup shop

#VisitHuaHin This Phonelink rice porridge shop is considered a legendary all-night rice porridge shop in Hua Hin that has been open for over 30 years. It has a great taste, a variety of menus to choose from, fresh ingredients, and reasonable prices, which makes the shop often full of both locals and tourists. The shop is located on Phetkasem Road in front of Soi Hua Hin 47. This time, we stopped by to have a big meal as follows: ➡️ Crabmeat spring rolls - fried until crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a fair amount of crab meat inside, and a nice peppery aroma. ➡️ Fried black pomfret with fish sauce - fresh fish, firm and fine meat, fried until the outside is crispy, served with a dipping sauce made with lime, shallots, and fresh chili. Delicious and satisfying. ➡️ Braised duck - The duck meat is soft and not smelly. There are large chunks of duck blood served on the same plate. Eat with sweet and salty soybean sauce, it goes well together. ➡️ Jupchai - Boiled Jupchai with a moderate taste, well-rounded, fun to eat. ➡️ Tom Yum with sea bass - Fresh fish, seasoned with sourness, salty and spicy, fragrant with lime. I like it. ➡️ Stir-fried morning glory with salted fish - Stir-fried without a smoky smell, but delicious. Add a little chili to give a slight spicy taste, which helps enhance the taste. ➡️ Stir-fried minced pork with salted soybeans - Soft minced pork stir-fried with salted and fragrant soybeans.
