I tried their signature cocktail, Pina Colada, with a unique twist—salted egg yolk sauce. It's a flavor combination I've never encountered before, offering a rich, tangy, and slightly sweet taste that refreshes perfectly. Their pasta is also noteworthy, made fresh in-house. You can even watch them prepare the pasta while dining. The noodles are cooked al dente, perfectly tender, and paired with bold flavors. The cafe uses local ingredients, such as baby squid, a regional specialty. 🏖️ Environment/Facilities: The cafe is beachfront, offering both indoor air-conditioned seating and outdoor seating right by the shore. Getting there: Located on the beach road in Prachuap Khiri Khan (enter Hua Hin Soi 105, next to Bella Costa Condo). Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
