On the first day of arriving in Male, the sun was warm and gentle. As soon as you leave the airport, the salty sea breeze hits you in the face. After checking into the B&B by the sea, I couldn't wait to walk to the beach. The white sand slides between your toes, and the waters of the Indian Ocean present a dreamy gradient of colors, from light blue to dark blue, which is breathtakingly beautiful. I strolled along the beach, admiring the slowly setting sun. The sky was dyed orange-red, contrasting with the blue sea, like a dream. The next day, I went deep into the city of Male. Although this place is small, it is full of vitality. The ancient mosque has a unique architectural style, with white walls shining in the sun and spires pointing to the sky, exuding a strong religious atmosphere. Walking through the narrow streets, you will see a wide variety of local shops with colorful handicrafts filling the shelves, each of which is full of Maldivian style. On the third day, I signed up for a snorkeling activity. Put on your equipment and jump into the sea, it feels like entering a wonderful world. Colorful coral reefs swayed on the seabed, and various tropical fish shuttled around me. I had an intimate contact with the sea and felt the magic and beauty of nature. On the fourth and fifth days, I chose to spend time on the resort island. Lying on a beach chair, listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunbath is so relaxing. The island's cuisine is also unforgettable, with fresh seafood cooked to perfection, and every bite is full of the taste of the ocean. At night, I took a walk under the starry sky. The sky was full of twinkling stars, as if they were within reach. On the last day, with full of reluctance to leave, I strolled on the streets of Male again. Looking back on this six-day journey, every moment flashes in my mind like a movie scene. The sunshine, beach, sea and starry sky of Male are all deeply imprinted in my heart. This blue love story woven in Male is one of the most beautiful memories in my life. I left with full of attachment, but the seeds of meeting again had been planted in my heart.
