Scenes of the Beautiful Death Valley

Death Valley National Park – A Surreal Space Beyond Earth One of the most striking places during my travels in the western United States. As its name suggests, it was barren and rugged, yet unbelievably beautiful at the same time. This place is more than just a 'desert.' 1. Zabriskie Point – A Land Where Waves Stand Still I arrived before sunrise, and watching the ridges gradually come to life as they were bathed in light was breathtaking. The curves created by erosion were as perfect as sculptures, and the golden hues that enveloped the landscape left an unforgettable impression. 2. Badwater Basin – The Lowest Point on Earth A vast plain covered in salt. The endless expanse of white ground felt almost like the Arctic, and it gave the sensation of being in zero gravity. The crunching sound of salt underfoot was memorable, and knowing that temperatures can reach up to 50°C in summer made me grateful to visit during winter. 3. Artist's Palette – A Burst of Natural Colors Like a real painting, colorful rocks stretched along the hills, and it was fascinating to learn that this was all due to minerals. The green, purple, and pink rocks reflecting sunlight created a feeling that can only be truly appreciated in person. One-Line Review Though called the Valley of Death, it holds living art created by nature. If I visit again, I’d make sure to witness both sunrise and sunset.
