Death Valley National Park – A Serene Awe at the Edge of the World One of the highlights of my road trip through the American West was Death Valley. As the sun rose and painted the ridges in red, words became unnecessary. The landscape, resembling frozen waves, was mesmerizing, and watching the colors shift as sunlight spread felt like witnessing a natural performance. 3. Artist's Palette – Is This Even Real? The hills were adorned with rocks in various colors. It was hard to believe such hues could exist in nature.
