#June Travel Support Fund The Uirimji Regional History Museum is an exhibition space that unravels the local culture centered on the history, structure, and water flow of Uirimji, the first ancient reservoir in Korea. It systematically exhibits the history and life of Jecheon from the Paleolithic Age to the Three Kingdoms Period through relics, models, and videos, making it a great place to visit with children. The recent special exhibition, “The Road to Healing, Jecheon Oriental Medicine,” is filled with healing elements that stimulate the five senses, such as the herbal medicine scent experience zone, acupressure stick space, and photo zone, making the exhibition itself a resting place. In the video room, stories that connect nature and humans, such as “Jeommal, Each Life,” convey a gentle emotion, and visitors can take their time and stay. After leaving the exhibition room, you can enjoy the lingering feeling of old pine trees, pavilions, and the sound of water on the walking path that follows the shore of Uirimji.
