Ye's Rice Wine Egg

It is fermented and brewed with sorghum, wheat, barley, millet and corn, and then cooked with fresh eggs. It tastes delicious. The address of "Ye's Fermented Rice and Eggs" is just near Yuyuan Western-style B&B in Jincheng Town, Kinmen County, where I stayed during my three-day and two-night trip to Kinmen. After searching for nearby food, I found that it was very close and could be reached quickly by car, so I immediately included it in my Kinmen food itinerary recommendation.
