Wanzhe Sky Road

Wannan 318 is already crowded during the National Day holiday. 7-seater cars are not allowed to enter at the intersection, so we can't go there. We decisively changed to a less popular route - Wanzhe Sky Road. Wanzhe Sky Road is the highest sky road in East China, with a total length of 31 kilometers. It is the most essential section of Wanzhe No. 1 Highway, starting from Kantou Village, Jiapeng Township, Jixi, Anhui, and ending at Longgang Town, Lin'an District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang. It is one of the three major mountain roads in East China, and also one of the highest and most difficult roads to drive, known as the "Tanggula on the border of Anhui and Zhejiang." Wanzhe Sky Road is in an "S" shape. The 30-kilometer mountain road has 350 bends and 21 turns. The highest point is located at the mountain pass of Yunling, with an altitude of 1,158 meters. The specific route is as follows: Starting from Anhui, the starting point is Jiapeng Township, where there is a tourist distribution center. After 2.3 kilometers, you will reach the Meiganling Viewing Platform. Go forward and turn right at the fork to Shangcun, about 3.9 kilometers. After returning to the original road, go forward 8.3 kilometers to the Lover's Waterfall. Along the way is a mountain road, and after 8.1 kilometers, you will reach the Yunshanling Viewing Platform. Then pass Jingzhou Township, go 15.4 kilometers to Xiaojiuhua, a famous mountain in China. Go forward about 2 kilometers to Dizang Grand Canyon, and then you will reach Zhuchuan Village, the end of the day. Here you will enter Lin'an from Jixi.
