I have always wanted to introduce this place to everyone. Compared with the commercial business model, camping seems to be more suitable for people who want to experience nature. I didn't stay to camp when I went there because I took a one-day tour and went back and forth to Bangkok on the same day. The main activities were riding elephants, bathing elephants, and floating on the river (the staff here said they would not force the elephants, so it is a relatively elephant-friendly park) Kanchanaburi is about a three-hour drive from downtown Bangkok.
