Kiyosu Castle

One of my favourite castles in Japan! It isn't as big as it's "neighbour" in Nagoya, but it's just as beautiful if not more. There is a beautiful rock garden and a real garden in front. And the inside, entrance for whi h is only 400 yen, is filled with various items related to the Oda Clan, their vassals, and even Sen No Rikyu. The viewing platform is really nice too, and the river that flows below the castle is surrounded by samurai trees on both sides, so I suggest visiting in spring if possible. Smaller building attached to the castle was exhibiting quire a beautiful hina doll collection and it's free of charge, so I suggest you visit that while at it.
