Kowloon City Dazhu BBQ 🥳 The set meal for two is super delicious 😍

This time, we went to Dazhu BBQ restaurant in Kowloon City to eat Japanese cuisine. We ordered the US prime beef set (for two people) for $750, which includes beef triangle, prime rib eye, US top-grade marinated beef belly, salt-grilled beef tongue, and top-grade beef ribs. The set includes rice balls or white rice, miso soup, and dessert. We also ordered more sushi set (8 pieces) for $300, which includes scallops, salmon, hamachi, sea urchin, fish roe, salmon belly, and seasonal fish. ✨️The sea urchin was big, the sea urchin meat was thick, the meat was light, and it was very fresh. I really recommend it😍 ✨️When we were grilling this time, the store manager shared some ways to grill it better, and helped us grill it for a while. It was very good service🤣It turns out that you don’t have to worry about burning these beef too much, and don’t turn them over many times. Just flip each side once, and with the good quality beef, it is easy to achieve a crispy and cooked texture.
