From April to June each year, Mount Jinzi is at its most beautiful during the flower viewing season, with the altitudes ranging from 1200 meters to 1417 meters, where the high mountain rhododendrons form a magnificent forest. The relative height difference of Mount Jinzi is over 1000 meters, creating a typical high mountain climate with hot, temperate, and cold zones, providing a natural growing environment for the cool and moist-loving rhododendrons. Furthermore, rhododendrons growing at different altitudes bloom at different times; those in the warm low-altitude areas mostly bloom from February to March, those in the temperate mid-altitude areas bloom around April, and the rhododendron seas in the cold high-altitude areas bloom from May to June.
