One-day hiking tour along the Li River (Yangdi Township - Xingping Ancient Town)

The entire route is 20 km long. Only the first section requires climbing over a small hill, while the rest of the route is very friendly. There are also supply points along the way, and the prices are not expensive. On the second day in Guilin, I decided to have a non-tourist day. I left Guilin early in the morning and took a bus to Yangdi Township from Guilin South Bus Station. In short, they are all passing buses, and you can ask the driver to remind you when to get off. At the entrance of Yangdi Township, wait for the bus from Yangshuo to Yangdi Township Ferry, and get off at the bridgehead. If you are coming from Yangshuo, you can take the minibus directly. Get off at the bridgehead, pass through the village and fields, and arrive at the foot of a mountain. Then you need to climb over it. It was winter, and the waterfall was dry. Find a way to get to the bottom of the waterfall, and you can start walking along the Li River. When you can't walk along the river, you need to walk a little on the village road. The scenery is beautiful, and you can enjoy the scenic spots along the way. Take photos and rest. It usually takes 6-7 hours to reach Xingping Ancient Town. Then you can stay overnight or take a bus to Yangshuo.
