Macau Riviera Hotel (Riviera Hotel Macau)

This time, we made a last-minute decision to stay at the Riviera Hotel Macau, located at the junction of Taipa and the Macau Peninsula. The room rates are affordable and include breakfast, making it a great value for money. Although the location is not the most central, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the Macau Ferry Terminal and major attractions, which is very convenient. The rooms, while slightly dated, are kept very clean. From the window, you can enjoy a full view of the sea and the iconic Penha Church, offering a distinct local Macau charm. The beds are on the firmer side but still comfortable, and the room is equipped with a coffee machine and bottled water. The breakfast options are limited but taste good, mainly featuring Chinese dishes. It's simple but sufficient. What I loved most about this hotel is its tranquility and the stunning views. Without the crowds of tourists, it's perfect for travelers who want to avoid the hustle and bustle and quietly enjoy the charm of Macau.
