The nearest metro station is Oprah metro station, which is just a 2-minute walk away. There are also convenient small supermarkets and self-service laundromats nearby, which is very suitable for long-term stays. ✨The Opera Hotel has a decoration style that combines elegance and modernity. Its appearance is low-key and reserved, but it hides the unique elegance of the center of Madrid. The reception was very friendly and efficient, check-in was very smooth, and there was even a chance to get a room upgrade! The room is fully equipped with facilities, including 24-hour hot water and bottled water. The details are in place and very touching. The hotel also has a well-equipped fitness center and sauna, allowing you to completely relax after a tiring journey. 🛏️The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. Our room was modern and had a jacuzzi bath which was perfect for relaxing in at night. The room facilities are complete, including free high-speed WIFI, so you can always stay connected with the world. The only minor issue is that some rooms are not well soundproofed and you may hear some noise from the outside. 🍽️The breakfast was pleasant, with a wide range of buffet options, whether it was bread, salad or hot breakfast, it could meet our needs. The hotel's restaurant and bar have a great atmosphere, and you can have a drink and chat with friends in the evening, which is very relaxing. If you want to explore more delicious food, there are several excellent restaurants nearby, such as Poncelet Cheese Bar's seafood squid pasta, A´Barra's Italian carpaccio and Coque's smoked roast suckling pig, which made us salivate. 🔆The hotel's location is really great! Major attractions such as the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol are within walking distance. If you are tired during the day, you can go back to the hotel to rest, which is very convenient. There are also many restaurants and night markets when you go out at night, including an open-air market close to the hotel, which is a great choice for experiencing the local atmosphere. 🍴In addition, we often go to nearby cafes for breakfast in the morning. We especially recommend Brunchit - Las Letras and Zenith Brunch & Cocktails - Desengaño. We are always satisfied with the breakfast.
