Pistachio lover, you cannot miss out on this!

#celebrateit As a hardcore pistachio (and cheesecake) lover, I attest there could be no better way to celebrate a night than a slice of pistachio cheesecake here at Caracola. The intensity of pistachio is INSANE (tho it’s not apparent from the yellowish tint of the picture). And the texture in the middle is as runny as it can possibly get—even the side wasn’t hard/dry, while retaining a thin layer of burnt caramelized flavor. Which is just perfect. Price is on the high side: 7€ for a slice (6.5€ for other flavours); but not exactly in Madrid area—I knew at least three cafes sold the same thing at 7.5 or 8€ with less pistachio flavor. So this could really be the best option in Madrid. In fact, I was a customer every night during my 3-day stay in Madrid 👀
