The weather is cold all year round. You don't need air conditioning, but you can sleep just as well as sleeping in an air-conditioned room. Plus, the accommodation here provides snacks after check-in. There is a set of barbecue pork for dinner (a lot). There is free ice to refill all night long. As for drinks and snacks, you can buy them yourself.
