Exquisite Bread from a Renowned Ryokan in Nagato Yumoto Onsen, Yamaguchi Prefecture

The famous ryokan 'Otaniyama-so' in Nagato Yumoto Onsen, Yamaguchi Prefecture, operates this bakery. The bread is baked fresh every morning in the bakery workshop within the ryokan. When I stayed there a few years ago, the bread was served for breakfast and it was so delicious that I went to the bakery to buy some. This time, I stayed at a different ryokan in Nagato Yumoto Onsen, but I visited to purchase their bread. Depending on the time of day, the products may be in short supply, so it might be better to visit early.
