#0yentravelFebruary2025 On the first night of our stay at Kai Nagato, we had a seasonal kaiseki meal at the restaurant🥢 In a semi-private room with a sense of privacy, the kaiseki cuisine made with seasonal ingredients unique to the region was served in beautifully designed dishes😌🤍 As "Today's Menu," a folded paper with the menu was distributed to each person, which increased the excitement✨ Starting with an appetizer, we had a stew bowl, a Horakumori (hassun & sashimi), fried food, lidded food, grilled food, a meal, and a dessert, and it was a hearty meal, but everything was so delicious that we ate it all in one go🤤 It was a wonderful night🌕
