St. Anne's Church, Nakhon Phanom's Christian Church

Saint Anne Nongsaeng Saint Anne Nongsaeng Church, Nai Mueang Subdistrict, Mueang Nakhon Phanom District, is located on the banks of the Mekong River, Sunthon Wichian Road, which is a road along the banks of the Mekong River. It is one of the most beautiful old Christian churches in Nakhon Phanom Province. It was built in 1926 by Father Edouard Namlap, the abbot of the church. Saint Anne Nongsaeng Church is a symbol of the city where people of many nationalities live together, such as Vietnamese, Thais, Chinese, and Laotians. Saint Anne Church is uniquely beautiful. The church has a pair of towers with tall, prominent spires that can be seen from afar. Originally, this side of the building was a church for religious ceremonies. However, during the Indochina conflict, the French bombed Nakhon Phanom City, causing the church to be damaged.
