Wat Nong Bua is an old Tai Lue temple in Nong Bua village in Nan province. The highlight of this temple is the beautiful murals inside the chapel. It is very difficult to find them anywhere else. These murals tell stories from the Pannyasa Jataka, which is one of the lives of the Lord Buddha. The author is "Tid Buaphan", a Lao Phuan painter. Therefore, this is a Tai Lue style of architecture that is very difficult to find. These murals can only be found at Wat Phumin and Wat Nong Bua.
