Xuanwu Lake, also known as Hou Lake and North Lake, is located in Xuanwu District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, and is one of the three famous lakes in the south of the Yangtze River. Xuanwu Lake is diamond-shaped, with a total area of 5.13 square kilometers and a lake surface area of 3.78 square kilometers.
