This Mi Zhi restaurant on Huaihai Road is right across from Central Plaza. It's a street-facing shop, easy to spot. They specialize in "stir-fried seafood congee." It's the first time I've seen congee that needs to be stir-fried before cooking. First, they stir-fry the aromatics, and the aroma of minced meat comes out immediately. Then they stir-fry the seafood, and finally add the congee and simmer. So delicious and fragrant! With abalone, mussels, and live shrimp, who understands the value of this bowl of congee?! Super delicious! After finishing the congee, add broth and涮菜 (hot pot ingredients). They have Fujian specialties like meat swallow and meat rolls, which are very delicious. You must try them! The service in the restaurant is excellent. I'll recommend it to my friends tomorrow!
