Taiwan Travels: Family Fun at Jiufen Old Street

#familytravel During our family trip to Taiwan, we visited the famous Jiufen Old Street, a charming spot filled with narrow lanes, traditional lanterns, and lots of unique souvenir shops. Every corner of the street had something special, from handmade trinkets to quirky snacks. Of course, we had to try the popular taro ball dessert at A-Gan Yi. It was a delightful bowl of shaved ice topped with taro balls, sweet potato, pearls, and red beans. Each bite was a mix of chewy, sweet, and refreshing flavors. We found a cozy seating area with a stunning view of the misty mountains—it made the dessert taste even better! Despite the rainy weather, the lively atmosphere and delicious food made this experience unforgettable. Jiufen Old Street is a must-visit when in Taiwan!
