If we talk about the name of Wat Dong Moon Lek Noodles, I believe that most people are familiar with this name. They sell both stewed pork noodles and stewed beef noodles. We saw that Wat Dong Moon Lek has many branches, but we are not sure if each branch tastes the same. Today, we came to eat stewed pork noodles at Wat Dong Moon Lek, on the Nonthaburi bypass road. We saw on the sign in front of the shop that it says "Uncle Teng's Authentic Recipe (P'Pisan). The shop is on the side of the road. There is a clear sign in front of the shop, easy to find. The shop is on the same side as Than Phet Nonthaburi Market. Today, we ordered dry small noodles with mixed pork (special) 50 baht, mixed pork noodle soup (special) 50 baht, pork rinds 20 baht, plain rice 10 baht. It was very delicious. The pork pieces were soft and delicious. The stewed pork was soft and not tough at all. The small noodles were cooked to the right doneness, chewy, and not too mushy. We were not disappointed with the name of Wat Dong Moon Lek Noodles. Every time we come here, it is delicious.
