On a path surrounded by straight pine trees, we went to Rokusho Shrine, a shrine with deep roots in the Tokugawa family. It is famous for praying for safe childbirth. It is said that even Tokugawa Ieyasu's mother once prayed here sincerely. The pine trees along the way are towering into the sky, and the bark texture is like dragon scales, interlaced and shimmering, as if stepping into a quiet and mysterious other world. The Zuishinmon Gate of the shrine is mainly in calm red and black, which reminds people of the majestic Daiyuin Gate next to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, which is solemn and majestic. Looking at the shrine's approach and torii from the station, there is a railway level crossing in the middle, which unexpectedly forms a perfect photographic composition. Just standing there makes people want to press the shutter. Today, the shrine still retains the sacred treasures and ancient documents he offered back then.
