Hidden near Shinsaibashi is an A5 Wagyu teppanyaki restaurant! The set menu starts at just 5,800 yen, which comes out to around 300 RMB per person—such a great deal! My boyfriend and I booked the 8,800 yen set menu this time, and the portions were super generous! The whole experience lasted about two hours, and we enjoyed every bite 😋 The appetizer was a vegetable salad 🥗 paired with grilled beef tongue, topped with their homemade sauce. The sweet and tangy flavors were incredibly refreshing, instantly awakening our taste buds 🤤 The main course featured A5 Kuroge Wagyu and domestic beef 🥩. The Wagyu had a rich texture and evenly distributed marbling. The chef grilled the beef on the teppan right in front of us 🔥, achieving the perfect doneness. The meat melted in our mouths, offering a variety of textures and flavors. Next came the teppanyaki seafood, which was absolutely divine! Grilled prawns 🦐 and scallops were drizzled with a garlic butter sauce, bursting with juiciness and aroma that was simply irresistible. For the main dish, we had beef fried rice and beef soup. The fried rice was full of wok hei, with each grain perfectly separated, making it impossible to stop eating. The soup was rich with large chunks of beef, and one bowl was definitely not enough! The meal concluded with a dessert of dorayaki ice cream 🍦, a perfect sweet ending 💯 Overall, this meal was incredibly worth it!
