The weather was cool and comfortable. It was autumn, which made the feeling of traveling very warm. We took the Nankai Line into the city to Namba, which is a very convenient place for us to stay and travel to many places. When we walked out of Namba Station, we saw the bright lights and excitement of a pedestrian street called Dotonbori. The large Glico sign, which is a symbol of Osaka, blinked in front of us, making us feel that... We had really arrived at the right place! The first thing you must try is “Takoyaki”. This place is very famous. Takoyaki here is stuffed with large pieces of squid, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Eat it while it’s hot, with a little sweet sauce, mayonnaise and seaweed sprinkled on top. It feels like going to a Japanese friend's house. The atmosphere is warm, drinking hot green tea and eating soft and smooth matcha cake in your mouth. Today we will go to Universal Studios Japan (USJ), a dream place for many people! We recommend buying Express Pass tickets in advance so you don't have to wait in long lines. As soon as we entered the theme park, we went straight to the Harry Potter World zone. It's like entering a magical world. Every corner is meticulous. It's like being a little witch walking around Hogsmeade Village. When we went, we tried cold Butterbeer with soft foam and sweet and smooth taste. Squeeee! This is our dream! 🧙♀️🧹 Then we continued to Super Nintendo World, the newest zone with bright colors. It's like being in a Mario game. There are games to play and coin symbols to collect. Then we stopped to eat Minion-shaped bread, which was so cute that we didn't dare to bite it. 💛🥐 ⸻ Day 4: Explore the culture at Osaka Castle and the beautiful gardens 🌿🏯 Today, we changed the atmosphere to experience the peace and Japanese culture by going to Osaka Castle, a beautiful castle that is a symbol of Osaka. The surrounding atmosphere is a garden with trees changing colors beautifully in the fall. 🍁🍂 We really enjoyed walking around the Nishinomaru Garden that surrounds the castle. There is a spot to take wide-angle photos of the castle with red-orange maple trees contrasting with the blue sky. This is perfect for those who love fresh seafood. There are giant crabs, grilled scallops, squid, and fresh fruits to choose from! We bought some red bean mochi and cute pastries as souvenirs to take home. 🦀🍢 We took the train back to Kansai Airport with a warm feeling and wanted to come back again.
