Osaka Japan Travel Review: A city of brightness, fun everywhere, full of every bite 💖🍣🌸 Hello everyone! Today, I will tell you about our Osaka trip experience that was full of fun, cuteness, and delicious food that was so satisfying to eat. Let me tell you, if you have never been to Osaka, you need to pack your bags because this city is perfect for people who love Japanese food and culture. ⸻ Day 1: Arrived in Osaka, my heart was beating so fast 💓 Flying into Kansai International Airport in the morning, the cool air made me feel so refreshed. After getting my luggage, I immediately bought an ICOCA card, which is like a BTS card in Thailand. It can be used to take the subway, buses, or even pay at convenience stores, so it is very convenient. From the airport, I took the train to my accommodation near "Namba", an area full of bright lights, restaurants, and shopping. It is the center of fun. ⸻ Namba area with Dotonbori lights, a paradise for food lovers 🦑🍡 When I arrived at "Dotonbori", the atmosphere was very lively with beautiful neon lights on both sides of the road. It felt like we were transported to a Japanese cartoon. We quickly tried the “Takoyaki”, a hot round octopus topped with sweet sauce and mayonnaise. It was so delicious that we had to order several more sets. There was also the “Okonomiyaki”, a cabbage and pork pancake with a delicious flavor that goes great with draft beer! We continued walking around the Kuromon Ichiba Market, a fresh market full of fresh seafood, sushi, grilled shrimp, and cute Japanese sweets. We stopped to try many things until our stomachs were full and our hearts were full. ⸻ Day 2: Osaka Castle and Sakura Park 🌸🏯 The next day, we woke up very early to visit “Osaka Castle”, a beautiful castle full of history. Anyone who likes taking pictures will definitely love it because the castle has a large garden and beautiful cherry trees that add a sweet and gentle atmosphere. Walk up to see the view from the top of the castle. Osaka city is very clear. This angle is perfect for taking check-in photos. ⸻ Universal Studios Japan: A dream world in Osaka 🎢✨ The next day, we went to "Universal Studios Japan", an amusement park full of exciting rides and very cute themed zones, such as the Harry Potter zone with Hogwarts Castle exactly like in the movie, and the Super Nintendo World zone full of bright colors and cute Mario characters. We played fun rides, took pictures with the cute Minions, and didn't miss eating the cute character-shaped ice cream that we almost couldn't eat. ⸻ Last day: Visit Nara, feed the deer, and see Todaiji Temple 🦌🙏 Before returning to Osaka, we stopped by the nearby city of Nara to experience nature and different cultures. There is "Nara Deer Park" where the deer roam freely and came to receive the sembei snacks that we bought, which were very cute. We also went to see "Todaiji Temple" with a giant carved wooden Buddha. Which is a beautiful architecture and full of peace ⸻ Shopping for cute things in Osaka 🛍️💖 Those who love shopping must go to "Shinsaibashi" and "Amerikamura", a fashion district with a lot of cute things, cosmetics, souvenirs and dolls. We bought mochi, sweets and authentic Japanese stationery as souvenirs. ⸻ Tips for a fun Osaka trip 💡 • Buy an ICOCA ticket for easy travel • Use Google Maps or Japan Transit Planner to plan your route • Prepare comfortable shoes because there is a lot of walking • Must try takoyaki, okonomiyaki and various flavors of mochi • Don't forget to take pictures with the beautiful lights at Dotonbori! ⸻ Summary of the most fun impressions 💖 Osaka is a city that combines fun, delicious food and Japanese culture.
