Kamphaeng Lang Temple

#NearBangkokTourism Wat Kamphaeng Laeng or Wat Thep Prasat Sila Lang is a temple with traces of Khmer civilization. Inside the temple, there is a castle built in Khmer art style, which is made of a lot of laterite, including a laterite wall surrounding it, which is the origin of the name of Wat Kamphaeng Laeng. This ancient site was built under the belief of Vajrayana Buddhism, with evidence such as the radiant Bodhisattva Lokesvara, the four-armed Bodhisattva Lokesvara, the Vajrasattva Naga, the bridgehead in the shape of Garuda fighting the Naga, etc., showing that the Khmer have extended their influence to Thailand as well.
