Family Temple Trip in Fall

Karon, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83100, Thailand My family loves to visit attraction places and my father loves going to the temple. During our November fall Phuket trip, when he saw the priest chanting with the microphone, that caught his attention. As we can see that while the priest was chanting, tourists went up to him and the priest gave his prayers to them. The priest later gave them a string tied to their hand. It was said that the string is covered with the priest prayers and will protect them. I saw a few causcian family with children also join in the ceremony.
