Hotel recommendation in Quanzhou! A highly cost-effective hotel at just 160💰 per person. Last year when I visited, Quanzhou was already quite popular, but nothing compared to this year's craze! I feel like I caught the perfect timing 🥰. Before the trip, I read many hotel guides suggesting that staying inside Xijie would be convenient. However, with too many uncertainties about homestays, we decided on a hotel after careful consideration. Within a 300-yuan-per-night budget in Xijie, most reviews weren't great, so we ultimately chose this one. After getting off the high-speed rail 🚇, a bus 🌎 took us directly to the supermarket next to the hotel—just a 2-minute walk to the entrance. It's not too far from Xijie; we mostly biked or walked there during our stay. You can hail a "Xiaobai" car 🚗 at the door (though it's a bit hard to get), and across the street, there are shared bikes 🚲 and e-bikes 🛵 for rent. 🏡 The hotel room was quite spacious, and the cleaning staff came daily to tidy up and replenish supplies. Most importantly! Their breakfast was homely—home-style stir-fries, congee, soy milk, and fried dough sticks. Later, the staff even cooked dishes on the spot if something ran out. However, if you prioritize soundproofing!!, this might not be the best choice. The soundproofing is average but not terrible. We were so tired after sightseeing that we hardly noticed. Since it's not inside Xijie, the route never had traffic jams. Later, when we went for Zanhua and Luojia Temple, taxis were convenient and smooth. We originally planned to check out on the second day but extended for another night, paying the owner directly at the platform's price—which was even cheaper on Sunday night.
