Photharam Oyster Pancake Although the name suggests Photharam, the shop is actually located at the Market Lawn near the Clock Tower. Initially, I didn’t plan to eat here, but while waiting for my order at Den Thai Ice Cream, I noticed the oyster pancake menu and couldn’t resist trying it—even though I had already had dinner. The pancake comes with both oyster and mussel options, and the batter is fried to perfection, incredibly crispy and well-made. It was so delicious that I forgot I had already eaten dinner.
