Redang Island is a hidden gem off the east coast of Malaysia that completely blew me away. From crystal-clear turquoise waters to vibrant coral reefs, it's the perfect tropical escape whether you're looking to relax or explore. The beaches here are absolutely stunning—soft white sand, swaying palm trees, and peaceful surroundings. I spent my mornings snorkeling just steps away from the shore, and the marine life was incredible—colorful fish, sea turtles, and beautiful coral formations everywhere. For first-timers, I recommend staying at a beachfront resort. Many of them offer full-board packages, including meals and snorkeling trips. It’s super convenient and lets you just relax and enjoy. One of the best spots was the Marine Park, where you can snorkel in shallow waters teeming with fish. Don’t forget your underwater camera—you’ll want to capture everything!
