Stillman Cafe

#australiaroadtrip I was going to Stillman Cafe. I had recommended from Touchwood Barista. When I was in Stillman cafe, The weather was so amazing with beautiful sunshine! The unique features of Stillman cafe are its blue interior and the vintage mood inside. And They play western music too! I love this vibe so much:) I ordered an espresso and after a long time, I felt a strong bitterness without any acidity. Because In melbourne, most cafes use beans with acidity. However this bean had a particularly good bitterness and nutty like korean style! The coffee is good! Hidden gem in the neighborhood. The shop is fully of vintage items like coffee grinders and even the cashier machine is a piece of antique that works! We had their recommended roasted mushroom special. It's was awesome.
