Pay homage to the Reverend Grandfather Man at Suthawas Forest Monastery

Wat Pa Sutthawat is located on Suk Kasem Road, Tambon That Cheing Chum, Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province. It is the place where the body of Phra Ajahn Man Phurithat Thera was laid to rest, so a museum was built there. Inside the museum, there are relics of Phra Ajahn Man and a wax figure model in a cross-legged meditation posture. There are also displays of the eight requisites that Luang Pu Man used when he was still alive. We will see every robe that Luang Pu Man sewed by hand, as he was a monk who practiced asceticism and was strict about it. This building is built in a simple architecture and looks close to nature, reflecting his life throughout his ordination.
