Santorini with a baby (2 months old)🇬🇷🤍

People often say Santorini isn’t baby-friendly — and while it’s true it’s not the easiest place to travel with a little one, we managed to do everything we hoped for. Every Greek person we met was incredibly warm and welcoming, always smiling at the baby and offering help. My baby was just 2 months old, and we used a baby carrier everywhere — no prams, which made navigating steps and tight spaces so much easier. We also rented a car to get around comfortably. One of our highlights was visiting the hot springs on a private boat (we found a lovely local man at the port who offers 2-hour trips for €200 — highly recommend him, he was so friendly!). We also went to Nikki Beach twice, explored the heart of Santorini, and even walked from Amoudi Bay up to Oia and back down — yes, with the baby! It was hot but absolutely doable. Sunsets here truly are magical — you can feel it in your soul. We visited Red Beach too — a bit more of a challenge with a baby, but again, totally possible with a little planning. Every part of our trip was enjoyable, but if we had to choose, we actually preferred Fira over Oia. It was less crowded, had more food options with beautiful viewpoints, and just felt more relaxed overall. Santorini with a baby? It’s not the easiest — but it’s absolutely worth it. 🤍
